After completing a £1.7 million refurbishment, the new Vale Farm Sports Centre provides a 107 station gym, a dedicated group cycling studio and dance studio, two swimming pools and various outdoor facilities. The gym houses both cardio and resistance machines and fully qualified instructors are on hand to help with your workout. The main pool is 25 metres long and has 6 lanes, ideal for both competitive and recreational swimmers. A group exercise class timetable also operates at an additional cost.

Vale Farm Sports Centre is located on Watford Road, North Wembley. The centre has excellent transport links with Sudbury and Harrow Rd rail station and North Wembley (Overground, Bakerloo) stations both within walking distance.
