School Introduction
Cebu Languages is one of the most outstanding language centers in the Philippines. Established in 2009, we are located directly on the white sand beaches and crystal clear waters of Hadsan Beach in Mactan Island, Cebu.
We offer general English classes from basic to advance levels and specialized courses such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, Business English and Aviation English. The majority of our students come from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, Russia, Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, Saudi-Arabia and other Middle-Eastern countries.
Since our school is located on beachfront property, our students enjoy an atmosphere that easily fits the epitome of paradise. Our proximity is extremely peaceful. We think this is the foundation to easy and efficient learning. We feel overjoyed to provide mesmerizing blue horizons and crystal clear waters to reinforce learners’ education and vacation.
Dr. Gerry M. Ando is the School Head of Cebu Languages. He has been teaching English for seven years with multi cultural diversity and has a lot of intensive training about the English language. His expertise in the field of teaching equips him as a top calibre educator in the school. He is Doctor of Education Major in Developmental Education. He is also one of the University English Professors in the College of Arts and Sciences at Cebu Technological University teaching English languages, literature and communication.
Mr. Dominic Smith is native American and the Head Teacher of Cebu Languages and our main teacher for TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS. He majored in English Literature at University of Maryland. Mr. Smith has almost 10 years of EFL teaching experience and has created several English text books as a copy writer. He is a sought-after instructor due to his experience as a radio talk show host and actor. He is one of the best English teachers in Cebu.
ESL Program Introduction
We offer general English classes from basic to advance levels, specialized courses such as TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Business English and Aviation English. In addition we offer one-on-one and one-on-two classes with experienced Filipino and native English speaking teachers.
Generally our courses are 20 hours weekly but can also be extended up to 40 hours weekly.

We do not own the accommodation and also do not get any commission. We try to find best prices for our students.
We charge a registration fee for supporting the student with the booking of the accommodation.
We will not find another partner to share the room with you but you are free to share the room with another person and also share the costs. There is no additional charges for this.
For students above 18: You can have guests in your room and there is no limitation to be in the room a certain time.
