ESL Program Introduction
The CAEL Test Preparation Program is 10 weeks in duration with 12 hours of instruction per week. The Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL) is a standardized test of English in use for academic purposes. It is designed to describe the level of English language of test takers planning to study in English-medium colleges and universities. The CAEL Preparation Program allows test takers to prepare for the CAEL test.
The Conversational English Program is 10 weeks in duration with 4 hours of instruction per week. McKenzie College’s Conversational English Program is a General English programs (GE), that prepares students for the kind of English they will need in everyday situations.
The English Skills Study Program is 10 weeks in duration with 8 hours of instruction per week. Improve your English skills on your own terms! McKenzie College’s English Study Skills Program, is a generic General English program (GE), that will prepare students using English in academic situations. This class will develop your communication skills and fluency in speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar.
