This distinctive Business English program is designed to train students to communicate accurately and effectively in an English-speaking business environment. Students will practice and improve their Business English and learn practical North American business methods inside the classroom combined with hands on work experience in a Canadian Business.

S.T.A.R. Program = Stage Technique Accent Reduction Program
Speak Like a Star!
Come and experience our S.T.A.R –Accent Reduction program! Natural intonation patterns and rhythm can be even more important to successful communication in English than perfectly accurate grammar. Through the combination of highly structured exercise and practical experience of self-expression in English, participants in this course will start to form life-long habits that will allow them to speak much more naturally and clearly. Students will also learn idiomatic expressions in an authentic context, become more self-confident, and have a lot of fun in the process!
Program includes:

Improvisation
Intonation training
Pronunciation training
Effective Business Communication – Business Writing and Telephone Skills
In an ever-changing, fast-paced global business environment, no one can escape from email and telephone communication.
Business Writing: In order to be effective, business writing must be complete, concise, and accurate. Content must be written in such a way that the reader will be able to easily understand what is being stated or asked.
Telephone Skills: . Students will learn how to focus on listening, make and receive telephone calls effectively, receive and leave messages, and manage unexpected situations.
